Day 5:
Shoulders and Arms

So, you would think maybe I'd recovered from the other day doing pullups, but Nooooo i thought my arms were going to fall off! I had to use my resistance bands and I got a blister on my right hand, so I'm thinking about getting the ones with handles.Then there was the Ab Ripper X... I did ALL the exercises this time! Yay me! Let me tell you, my abs hurt and burned so badly during this routine it's not even funny. But he kept couting, so I kept going. Again, some of the exercises were modified, but I still did them. You guys, you can totally do this. I feel so energized. It's great! See you tomorrow for Yoga X. (Well, actually today since I failed to blog yesterday. teehee)
